Responsibilities:

As a Pharmacy Customer Support Specialist (Remote-Hybrid) at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Processing inbound faxes from reputed company providers regarding prescription approvals
  • Verifying prescription details (e.g., provider info, patient data, medication dosage) and following up for missing information
  • Accurately entering prescription requests into the system for processing
  • Handling inbound provider calls (approx. 20 per day) regarding prescription approvals and coverage
  • Ensuring data accuracy by following structured workflows and company procedures
  • Communicating professionally with reputed company
  • Attending fully paid on-site training for the first month, followed by a remote-reputed company with monthly in-office team-building days

Must-Have Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • 6+ months of customer service experience (call center preferred, but other customer-facing roles considered)
  • Strong verbal communication skills to interact professionally with reputed company providers
  • Excellent attention to detail for verifying prescription and patient information

Preferred Skills:

While not required, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience handling high-volume calls in a customer service or call center setting
