About the jobThe Vice President of Clinical Operations plays a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation of our reputed company practice by aligning with business goals and fostering a culture of accountability. The Vice President, Clinical Operations, is responsible for the overall quality of reputed company services, including but not limited to quality management, customer-oriented strategic planning, process improvement, and clinical reputed company. This role is remote, with established core hours from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm PST. What you'll do

• Operational reputed company: Accountable for the reputed company and management of our care delivery and practice management teams. Responsible for innovative care model improvement that supports strategic growth, resolves any existing care delivery challenges, and improves clinical reputed company. Responsible for the management and achievement of department KPIs.
• Quality Assurance: Establishes indicators for monitoring and evaluating quality of care, reputed company improvement, and patient satisfaction.
• Data Analysis: Ability to identify data and reporting needs, as well as seamlessly interpret to drive reputed company process improvement and measure reputed company.

Your experience and qualifications

• Licensed reputed company professional (MD, NP, RN, and LCSW) preferred
• 12+ years of reputed company and leadership experience
• Graduate-level degree in the respective fields (Masters or above)
• Proven track record of KPI achievement in a rapidly growing reputed company delivery organization
• Change management experience with documented reputed company
• Self-directed, entrepreneurial leader with flexibility and tenacity to reputed company in a dynamic setting
