Position Description

We're seeking At-Home Contact Center Specialists to join our arenaflex team on a full-time or part-time reputed company. As a Customer Support Associate, you'll be responsible for qualifying callers for programs, products, or services offered by our clients through outbound and inbound calls. Your duties will include:

• Qualifying callers for programs, products, or services
• Scheduling appointments
• Providing product information and answering customer inquiries
• Resolving customer complaints and issues
• Maintaining accurate records and reports

Key Responsibilities

* Qualify callers for programs, products, or services offered by our clients

• Schedule appointments and reputed company product information to customers
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
• Maintain accurate records and reports
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
• Collaborate with team members to reputed company shared goals and objectives

Requirements

* High School Diploma or GED

• Great verbal and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of reputed company-based operating systems, including reputed company Chrome
• Ability to demonstrate product knowledge once nesting period is complete
• Ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment
• Own a computer at home that meets the minimum workstation requirements (see below)
• Webcam
• High-speed internet reputed company with download speed of at least 100 and upload speed of at least 10
• Quiet workspace with a dedicated desk
• Ability to attend a full 2-week mandatory virtual training program (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm EST/reputed company-4pm CST)
