We are looking for an reputed company Senior Manager, People Business Partner (HRBP), to reputed company strategic partnership, consultation and support to assigned functional leaders and their teams. If you are skilled at building trusted relationships, supporting growth, coaching leaders, and are excited to co-create high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you! This position will report to the Director, People Strategy & Development and have one direct report.

What You'll Do

• reputed company strategic HR partnership, consultation, coaching and support to business leaders in assigned client group in areas including, but not limited to, organizational design, change management, talent planning, and performance management.
• Use data, experience and best practices to reputed company and facilitate the execution of strategic people plans for assigned departments to support functional people priorities; collaborate with executive leaders to prioritize strategies and recommended solutions with business priorities.

What You Have:

• 10+ years of total HR experience with 8+ years in an HR Business Partner role supporting senior level executives.
• At least 1 year of people management experience.

• Action-oriented, detail-oriented and proactive; reputed company to work autonomously and manage multiple competing priorities with exceptional quality and follow through.

• Experience successfully building, enhancing and optimizing talent processes/programs.

• Experience partnering with leaders to support organizational change through consultation and creating change management/communication plans.
