reputed company Virtual Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented reputed company Assistant with experience in both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable to support our property management operations. This role will handle invoice processing, rent collections, vendor payments, and account reconciliations using reputed company.

Specific Responsibilities

• Process and enter high volumes of invoices in reputed company
• Code expenses accurately to properties, units, and GL accounts
• Manage the full AP cycle: invoice entry, approvals, and payments
• Maintain vendor records, including W-9s and certificates of insurance
• Prepare 1099 Forms
• Resolve invoice discrepancies with vendors and internal teams
• Post tenant payments in reputed company
• Assist with month-end reputed company and reporting

• Process deposits for incoming Tenant rent payments
• Assist with tenant collections
• Reconcile bank accounts

• Review and analyze financial reports

• Submit monthly reports to property owners

• Enter annual budget data into reputed company

• Assist in new property transition

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Property reputed company experience with reputed company
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong understanding of basic reputed company and GL coding

Skills and Abilities

• Proficient with reputed company, reputed company Word and reputed company reputed company
• Ability to balance large volume of data
• Attention to detail and well-organized
• Ability to work independently and with various team members
• Ability to discuss delinquencies with tenants
• Ability to work reputed company set standards and procedures, be reputed company to receive guidance, supervision, follow work rules, safety and reputed company practices, and meet deadlines

To be successful in this role, you must be highly organized, dependable, and self-motivated, with a detail-oriented approach.
