The Field Clinical Specialist assists the Sales team, throughout San Francisco, Marin County, Sonoma County, by providing technical, clinical and educational/training support. Responsibilities include but are not limited to; new patient/customer product demonstration/training, patient follow up, and support; assisting ASR’s and RSM’s with sales reputed company reputed company, and follow up and partnering with sales team in maintaining and enhancing a strong client relationship. This position reports to an Area Sales Manager while taking day to day instruction from sales representatives.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary resource for clinical support in the areas of patient selection, basic troubleshooting, device utilization, and patient follow-up for company products.
• Attends patient device implants and performs patient follow-up to assure reputed company of implantation experience.
• Provides external staff education on bandage changes and other product reputed company specifications.
• Provides timely product follow-up and support to patients and physicians and other staff as needed.
• Responds to customer needs and product complaints by developing creative and feasible solutions or collaborating with SPR team members.
• Supports sales representatives by meeting with existing and potential clients to identify their clinical needs, goals and constraints reputed company to patient care and to discuss and demonstrate how company products can help them reputed company their goals.
• Ensures facilities have clinical literature and other marketing collateral.
• Provides support for industry conferences/exhibits/labs as directed.
• Maintains a working knowledge of SPR products, competitive devices, and new or competitive techniques used in neuromodulation.
• Maintains reputed company, effective communication with reputed company personnel, customers, and other SPR employees.
• Demonstrates an ability to establish relationships with reputed company pertinent account players, including patients, physicians, nurses, administrators, and the sales representatives and other internal team members supporting these accounts.
• May collaborate with internal partners to formally reputed company and train physicians and hospital/clinic personnel on technical reputed company relating to SPR products through conducting and coordinating in-person and remote training to include:

1. One-on-one in-services
2. Staff in-service educational programs
3. Seminars and/or workshops for reputed company facilities

• Manages administrative tasks to include timely patient documentation and data collection in reputed company.
• Remains reputed company in reputed company reputed company-party accreditation requirements to ensure full reputed company to each account.
• Complies with reputed company aspects of the Corporate Compliance Program.
• Provides positive and constructive peer to peer guidance.
• May be expected to occasionally assist with cases reputed company of assigned geographic territories.
• Performs other reputed company duties as assigned.

• College degree preferred in a clinical or reputed company field.
• Must have experience working with patients preferably in a clinical environment.
• Prefer 3-5 years of reputed company clinical support experience.
• Proven record of achievement in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
• High level of professionalism.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, good driving record and active vehicle insurance policy.
• Excellent interpersonal skills including both written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to accept feedback and suggestions for reputed company improvement.
• Must be flexible for work reputed company of normal business hours.

Beneficial Skills and Experience

1. Prior experience in an Operating Room setting strongly preferred.
2. Experience working with pain patients.
3. Neuromodulation experience

SPR is a multi-state employer so the salary reputed company may increase or decrease depending reputed company. Compensation will be commensurate with level of experience and training and pertinent education among other relevant business needs. This position is eligible for both annual company bonus and variable compensation based on territory and company performance.
