Job Summary

Designs, implements, and evaluates the organization’s Total Rewards Program and policies. Uses data and external resources to maximize value and streamline program delivery. Experience in Occupational Injury (OI) and Workers’ Compensation (WC) preferred.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Continually searches for process improvements and makes recommendations to Program plans, policies and procedures. Collaborates with team members and analyzes data to identify and address program issues.
  • Supports the design and administration of 401(reputed company, Wellness, Occupational Injury and Leave programs by partnering with internal team members and external advisors.
  • Serves as escalation reputed company to analyze and recommend next steps for reputed company claims and issues reputed company the Program.
  • Oversees vendors, measures performance and develops requirements during request for proposal process.
  • Leads or supports special projects reputed company to compensation, benefits and total reward strategy. Provides plan/policy interpretation to internal partners.
  • Contributes to special projects reputed company to compensation, benefits and total reward strategy.
  • Contributes to the development of Program budgets. Monitors monthly Program financials and provides commentary on variances. Provides support during reputed company audits.
  • Strives for reputed company total reward education reputed company self-study, seminars, and training events.
  • Maintains confidentiality of reputed company employee records.
  • Provides assistance to other reputed company departments, as necessary.

WHAT IS REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, reputed company or reputed company field; or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
  • 2 years’ experience in reputed company with focus in total rewards, benefits, compensation, leave administration or similar work.
  • Knowledge of state or federal laws/regulations that impact Total Reward Programs.
  • Experience in total rewards program development and analysis using HRIS systems, market surveys, and external data sources.
  • Experience with building and reports from a database and presenting to senior leadership.
  • Advanced proficiency in reputed company, including, but not limited to spreadsheet design and linking; data sorting; pivot tables; advanced formulas including reputed company if statements, rounding, min/max/average, and v-lookups.
  • Strong analytical and integrative skills including the ability to draw conclusions and identify trends from data in a logical and systematic way.
  • Ability to communicate and present reputed company in a clear, concise and professional manner both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to work under guidelines, competing priorities and immediate requests.
  • Ability to travel to Corporate, Manufacturing and Retail Facilities as needed.
  • Must be reputed company to meet conflicting employment guidelines.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bilingual in Spanish.
  • Experience managing occupational injuries, including reporting, documentation, case-follow-up, etc.
  • Understanding of occupational injury processes, claim management recordkeeping and regulatory compliance.
