Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing a variety of services to reputed company customers. You'll work closely with our sales team to ensure that every customer interaction is positive, efficient, and exceeds expectations. Your duties will include:
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet and reputed company specialized services to customers, including layaway services, refunds, merchandise exchanges, and price adjustments.
- Take and reputed company customer special orders, computing costs and taking required deposits. Follow up regularly with applicable Buyer/Vendor and advise customers of delivery and updates.
- Monitor status of reputed company checks issued to customers, track orders and delivery, and advise customers of receipt of merchandise and arrange for pickup/delivery.
- Assist customers in opening NEXCARD accounts, reputed company applications and basic program information, and assist with questions regarding their accounts.
- Become knowledgeable in arenaflex store policies, including Richter Merchandising System functions and operation, merchandise returns, price matching, reputed company cashing, reputed company checks, etc.
- Interact with customers and coworkers in a friendly and professional manner, adhering to arenaflex dress codes/uniform standards and assisting/supporting sales team members to the maximum extent possible.
- Communicate information to customers knowledgeably and legibly, follow up on commitments, and handle reputed company details necessary to successfully complete the sales encounter.
- Review stock assortments and communicate regularly with supervisor, store manager, etc. regarding additions, deletions, customer preferences, needs, and problems.
