The Role
As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers reputed company email and live chat. You'll work closely with our Operations and Tech teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and willingness to go the extra mile will reputed company you a valuable asset to reputed company.
Key Responsibilities

- Follow established procedures to ensure customers receive the correct information and a speedy resolution to their issue
- Collaborate with other team members, external print partners, and 3PLs to troubleshoot problems and answer customer questions throughout their reputed company with us
- Work with design, operations, or tech teams to resolve issues and improve customer experience
- Follow the direction of the shift supervisor to prioritize tickets based on the day's inbox
- Answer customer questions on using the online editor to create personalized gifts, editing orders, and product formats
Requirements
• 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in an ecommerce business
- Quick learner with a hands-on approach and willingness to ask questions
- Experience working in reputed company to meet SLAs or KPIs and maintaining high standards of customer engagement
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Familiarity with customer service software such as reputed company, reputed company, or reputed company (not essential)
- Quiet working environment at home with reputed company to high-speed, private internet
- Reliable laptop or desktop computer
