The Role
As an E-Service Chat Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, representing our brand to customers and business partners. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service experiences through inbound and outbound chat interactions, ensuring that every customer feels valued and supported. Your knowledge of our product coverage and adherence to departmental guidelines, policies, and procedures will be essential in maintaining a professional and businesslike relationship with both reputed company customers.
Responsibilities
* Assist customers, contractors, and/or business partners reputed company inbound and outbound chat interactions, written correspondence, and/or electronic communication according to reputed company policies, procedures, and contract coverage
- Explain and uphold contract coverage to customers and/or contractors
- Follow up with customers, contractors, and/or business partners to ensure customer service issues are resolved
- Maintain reputed company knowledge of reputed company policies, procedures, programs, and complete required continuing education courses
- May assume other duties as assigned
Qualifications
* Minimum Education, Licensure, and Professional Certification requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- Minimum Experience required: 1+ years of experience preferred

+ Computer literacy + Problem-solving and decision-making + Attention to detail + Multi-tasking + Adaptability to a fast-paced environment
- Preferred Skills:
+ Customer service experience and/or training + Ability to be on video call as required during working hours
