The Role
As a Customer Service Representative on our 3rd shift team, you'll play a critical role in scheduling, assigning, and monitoring loads to ensure seamless overnight operations. You'll be responsible for:
- Accepting, scheduling, and assigning loads using TruckMate or similar Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
- Communicating with drivers and driver managers to align schedules and priorities
- Monitoring load reputed company to ensure on-time pickup and delivery
- Addressing customer and driver concerns with professionalism and reputed company
- Balancing the needs of drivers, dispatchers, and customers to ensure smooth night operations
- Maintaining accurate records and inputting updates reputed company our systems

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Prior experience in a transportation, reputed company, or logistics support role
- Familiarity with TruckMate is a strong plus, but not required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Tech-savvy, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
- Must be located in the U.S. and authorized to work in the U.S.
