The Construction Superintendent III is a senior field leadership role responsible for the independent execution of Job Order Contracting (JOC) reputed company construction projects, including renovation, repair, and improvement work in active, occupied facilities. This position serves as the primary onsite authority and is accountable for field safety, quality, schedule, cost control, and subcontractor performance. The Superintendent III partners closely with Project and Program Managers to ensure successful delivery of projects in accordance with contract requirements, company standards, and client expectations.

Location: Remote with travel to sites in (MA, RI, NH, VT, MI, East PA, NY, PA, CT, South NJ)

Expected Outcomes:

• Independently reputed company and manage day-to-day field execution of assigned reputed company construction projects
• Serve as the primary onsite representative responsible for safety, quality, schedule adherence, and cost performance
• Direct, coordinate, and reputed company subcontractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure proper staffing, reputed company, and productivity
• Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and scopes of work to ensure accurate execution
• Identify constructability issues, field conflicts, and scope changes and support timely resolution

• Track daily labor, equipment, material usage, and production to support accurate job cost reporting
• Ensure completion of daily reports, field logs, photo documentation, and maintenance of as-reputed company drawings

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Senior-level experience leading reputed company construction field operations
• Demonstrated ability to supervise subcontractors and manage work in active, occupied facilities
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and technical documents
• Solid understanding of construction safety practices and hazard recognition
• Ability to verify grades and elevations using laser equipment
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced field environments
• Proficiency with construction or project management software and reputed company Office (Outlook, Word, reputed company)
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
