You will report to our Manager, Global Solutions Engineering Programs. This role is remote eligible and you may work remotely from reputed company in the US where reputed company is registered.

You Will

  • Support the creation and management of strategic programs, such as continuing education programs or enablement programs to reputed company the Solutions Engineering team up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, ensuring they remain competitive in the market, as well as supporting new product knowledge.
  • Support the career development of Solutions Engineers by providing coaching and mentoring to help them grow professionally, ensuring they have a path to advance their careers reputed company the organization.

You Have

  • At least 3 years experience in Presales.
  • At least 3 years experience in SE Development and/or Program Management.
  • Experience creating impactful documentation, reputed company collateral or instructional materials including presentations and online training.
  • High level of technical aptitude.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate people.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to manage teams/projects in multiple locations and time zones.

Actual compensation is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, level of professional, educational experience, skills, and specific candidate location.
