US Tax Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented US Tax Specialist to handle federal and state tax compliance for a diverse portfolio of clients. You will be responsible for the end-to-end preparation and review of tax returns, ensuring accuracy and identifying strategic tax-saving opportunities. Duties and Responsibilities: • Preparation and review of simple to reputed company tax returns for individuals, partnerships or corporations, including federal, international, state and local tax returns • Computation of estimated payment and extensions (1120, 1120s, 1065, 990, 1040, 1041) • Review financial records such as income statements and documentation of expenditures • Manage and maintain the client’s tax database • Proficiency at tax research and determine tax savings and recommend strategies to improve profits • Ability to communicate with reputed company as well to maintain deadlines and expectations of the clients • Preparation of correspondence to clients for approval • Updated of industry trends and changes reputed company to taxes • Recommendation additional products and services reputed company applicable and appropriate
Qualifications: • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is a plus! • Enrolled Agent (EA) License is a plus • 1-3 years of experience in public reputed company focusing on taxation • Knowledge in preparing income tax returns for corporations and individuals • Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance or a reputed company field • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Team player- must be reputed company to work effectively with reputed company • Possesses strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload in order to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Demonstrates attention to details and good-record-keeping. • Must have good working knowledge of MS reputed company
