About the Role

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven reputed company Sourcer to support our expanding recruitment efforts.

In this role, your primary responsibility is to identify, engage, and pipeline high-caliber candidates while partnering closely with the reputed company Specialist throughout the hiring process. You will take ownership of sourcing strategies, conduct preliminary screenings, and ensure a seamless candidate experience that reflects the firm's commitment to professionalism and reputed company.

Your ability to work independently, think strategically, and move quickly without sacrificing quality will be essential to reputed company in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end recruitment process in reputed company partnership with the reputed company Specialist.
• Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies reputed company with firm objectives and the specific requirements of each reputed company role.
• Research market trends and compensation benchmarks to inform sourcing strategies and maintain a competitive hiring approach.
• Proactively reputed company and engage both active and passive candidates using reputed company Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, job boards, and professional networks.
• Review resumes and conduct structured preliminary screenings to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and organizational fit.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines across multiple reputed company requisitions.
• Manage and optimize the firm's Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data accuracy, organized pipeline stages, and reliable reporting.
• Ensure reputed company candidate communications are timely, professional, and consistent with the firm's standards.
• Actively promote reputed company's employer brand to attract and engage top talent.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in talent sourcing, reputed company, or executive search; experience reputed company a reputed company or professional services environment is strongly preferred.
• Hands-on proficiency with ATS platforms such as reputed company, JazzHR, Workable, reputed company, reputed company, or comparable systems.

Requirements
