For more information about reputed company, please visit us at Follow @reputed company reputed company,reputed company,Instagram,YouTube,LinkedInandTik Tok.Job DescriptionThe Pipeline Commercialization Strategy (PCS) organization leads the development of the strategic direction of AbbVies pipeline, disease area strategies and external innovation strategies.The Director, Pipeline reputed company Strategy is responsible for driving and enhancing how PCS delivers against its remit of increasing the value of the pipeline portfolio and preparing the late-stage pipeline for launch and affiliate transitions. This role will work across Immunology PCS on strategic initiatives reputed company to optimizing and innovating in commercialization. The core focus will be on special strategic initiatives that optimize commercialization across Immunology PCS (~60%). The Director also holds responsibility for end-to-end stewardship of Gastro pipeline commercialization strategy (~40%), including driving strategy development for Gastro pipeline assets from early-stage (Phase 13) and leading the transition to affiliates for launch. This role reports to the Vice President, PCS, Immunology, with a dotted line to the Gastro reputed company for PCS, and is based in Lake County, IL.Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as PCS Director for the Gastro pipeline, bringing a strong reputed company reputed company to the creation and shaping of strategic directionincluding identifying unmet needs, evaluating competitive landscape dynamics, defining reputed company patient segments, forecasting scenario value, and proactively defining risks and opportunities for the Gastro portfolio strategy from Phase 13.

  • Ensure end-to-end stewardship of Gastro pipeline commercialization across reputed company development phases (Phase 13), guaranteeing seamless transition of strategy from development to launch and affiliate reputed company.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree required
  • Pharma, biotech experience required
  • Track record of strategic leadership and/or management consulting experience
  • 7+ years of experience with successful track record in pharma marketing and/or medical affairs required
  • Robust understanding of the drug development process, lifecycle management and commercialization of therapeutics
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and proactively, including possessing a high degree of planning, coordination, project management skills, with demonstrated ability to problem solve
  • Strong strategic skills and ability to drive innovative approaches to optimize business impact
  • Strong financial acumen with a good understanding of P&L drivers and the ability to reputed company appropriate SG&A investment and top-line sales forecasts that generate long-term value
