[Remote] Mortgage Processing Support Specialist

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a company that provides mortgage services and is seeking a Mortgage Processing Support Specialist to join their National Support Center. This role involves providing troubleshooting support for application processing issues and assisting employees with various aspects of the loan process, excluding reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming telephone and email requests from Employees relating to issues that reputed company through to the team
• Work as an internal resource to troubleshoot and resolve items that come to the National Support Center

• Utilize a tracking system to ensure items are handled completely, accurately and in a timely manner
