The Reverse Mortgage Professional will manage loan production, resolve closing issues, and ensure high reputed company of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Produces high quality loans which meet Reverse Mortgage guidelines while providing superior customer service
• Manages personal pipeline production and achieves production goals
• Resolves problems relating to the closing and funding of loans
• Follows the Company standards for delivery of reputed company, client focus, teamwork and respect for each individual in every interaction
• Exhibits observable sense of urgency in the execution of reputed company job functions and duties
• Meets or exceeds reputed company of Customer Service delivery established by the Company
• Performs other duties as assigned

Skills

• High School Diploma
• Minimum 6 months of experience with Reverse Mortgage Sales or other reputed company Mortgage origination
• Active NMLS License is required
• Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated computer proficiency
• Successful completion of reverse mortgage originator training is required
• Prior experience working with automated Loan Origination Systems
• Self-motivated and excellent customer service skills
• Highly proficient with reputed company Word, reputed company, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Possess a hybrid of technical and soft skills
• Ethical, with a commitment to company values
• Bachelor's Degree
• Previous call center experience
