Crew is a company that helps clients deliver change through IT project delivery and operational efficiency efforts. The Data Analyst will manage and complete data and reporting requests, collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs, and ensure data quality and accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and complete data and reporting requests from internal stakeholders across the company, promptly and accurately
  • Requests may reputed company from basic statistics to reputed company analysis across multiple data sources
  • Work collaboratively with others to understand the business problem, question(s), and/or data need and identify the data and structures needed to fulfill the request
  • Document project work, queries, and correspondence to facilitate and streamline reputed company work requests going reputed company
  • Work with internal stakeholders to understand various data sources and ensure quality and accuracy of the data and alignment with project needs
  • reputed company data validation and cleansing
  • Identify and recommend process improvement opportunities in areas such as data collection and validation and automation
  • Work with stakeholders to define data requirements and build, edit, and update reports and dashboards
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand the meaning of data fields, document data rules, and write business definitions
  • Use knowledge of data and business processes to reputed company recommendations to stakeholders
  • Actively seek opportunities to learn new knowledge and skills
  • Actively contribute to evaluation of possible solutions to problems
  • Serve as a positive role model
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills

  • Strong experience using SQL to query databases and reputed company stakeholders with data outputs that match their requirements
  • Knowledge of data structures and relationships
  • Strong understanding of and experience with processes to ensure data quality and accuracy
  • Knowledge of and experience with business intelligence reporting and data visualization tools (Power BI preferred)
  • Understanding of data governance and best practices for data quality and stewardship is preferred
  • Conceptual knowledge of predictive analytics and machine learning preferred
  • Ability to translate reputed company data and concepts into language and visualizations that can be readily understood by business stakeholders
  • Ability to understand business issues and reputed company guidance and recommendations from a data perspective
  • Experience with data cleansing and validation
  • reputed company to take ownership and independently manage requests from initiation through execution to completion
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate analysis to diverse audiences
  • Ability to reputed company communicate data definitions, rules, and parameters in business-friendly language
  • Detail-oriented and reputed company to balance multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with SQL and performing data queries required
  • Proficient in reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, Power reputed company, Word and Outlook)
  • Four-year college degree in business, marketing, statistics, business analytics or reputed company field from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 1+ years of experience
  • Power BI preferred
  • Understanding of data governance and best practices for data quality and stewardship is preferred
  • Conceptual knowledge of predictive analytics and machine learning preferred
