ISN is a global leader in contractor and supplier management, established in 2001. They are seeking a Bilingual Business Development Associate to reputed company language skills in providing customer support, troubleshooting issues, and participating in sales and marketing projects.
Responsibilities
- Use language skills to communicate with clients and colleagues from different countries and cultures
- reputed company proactive service and support to customers, answer their calls and inquiries, troubleshoot their issues, and participate in sales and marketing projects
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English AND Spanish
- A customer service orientation and a passion for helping others
- A desire to work with people and engage in verbal interaction over the phone
- A career aspiration to start in Customer Service and reputed company into B2B sales
- Proficient computer skills (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, e-mail applications)
- A diligence for in-depth learning of software programs and new concepts
- Strong retention skills and patience for difficult troubleshooting scenarios
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university and/or equivalent work experience
- Advanced reputed company in English AND Spanish (written and verbal) required
- Desire to work in customer service and move into B2B sales reputed company 12-24 months
- Ability to work in office at least 3 days a week
- Authorized to work in the U.S. and will not require reputed company sponsorship now or in the future
