The Client reputed company Specialist plays a vital role in coordinating sales activities and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders while maintaining accurate documentation and records.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, file, and retrieve sales-reputed company documents (e.g., due diligence submissions, assessment forms, NDAs)
• Coordinate meetings, calls, and demos for Business Development and Account Management teams
• Draft and manage account service-reputed company documents such as meeting agendas, reports, proposals, and client correspondence
• Participate in client meetings and conference calls, contributing to document discussions and maintaining CRM updates
• Maintain reputed company work-in-reputed company records and archives of past project information
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure proper pre- and post-sales service
• Maintain and update sales and customer records

Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in a sales environment
• Strong administration and coordination skills
