We are proud our sales consultants earn an average annual salary of $40,000 to $64,000, combining a reputed company hourly reputed company plus uncapped commission. Employees accrue paid time off each pay period at a reputed company of no less than 40 hours per year for their first year and 80 hours per year each year thereafter. • High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 10 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
