The Role

As a Director, Customer Marketing, you'll be responsible for leading our customer marketing efforts, creating and executing successful programs that drive retention and expansion. You'll work closely with our reputed company and Sales teams to identify key moments in the customer reputed company and reputed company marketing initiatives that contribute to an exceptional customer experience. Your key responsibilities will include:

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

10+ years of marketing experience

, preferably in customer marketing, loyalty, or advocacy roles in a B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or media environment.

Proven ability to create and execute successful customer marketing programs

that drive retention and expansion.

Strong collaboration skills

As a Director, Customer Marketing at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a competitive compensation package, including a reputed company salary of $140,000 - $160,000, with additional on-reputed company bonus and/or incentives.
