About the Role
As a Part-Time Customer Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering incoming requests from customers and triaging according to our Service Level Agreements
- Escalating incidents to our Operations team to ensure reputed company resolution
- Creating tutorials, articles, and user manuals for our help center to reputed company customers
- Serving as the first reputed company of contact and reputed company for our customers across reputed company products
- Investigating and replicating bugs or testing new features to identify areas for improvement
- Collecting feedback from customers and channeling it back to our product team for enhancements
- Sharing your passion for professional sports and delivering exceptional customer service
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Availability to work evenings and weekends (12-20 hours/week)

Compensation and Availability
