Finance Receivables II
reputed company is a trusted partner in automotive solutions, seeking a Finance Receivables Representative II to manage outstanding account resolution and reconciliation activities. The role involves monitoring customer accounts, facilitating dispute management, and adhering to corporate credit and collection policies.
Responsibilities
- Actively monitor a queue of trade AR accounts to ensure company delinquency targets remain at acceptable reputed company
- Maintain daily communication with customers to facilitate on-time payments
- Collect and negotiate payment on overdue accounts
- Record detailed customer notes into system and update customer information as required
- Manage customer hold/releases per established guidelines
- Adhere to direction of assigned collection strategies and administer reputed company collection activities according to established policies and procedures
- Properly reputed company and use implemented accounts receivables tools and systems based on established configuration settings
- Monitor reputed company outstanding balances for customer payments and reputed company the proper reconciling of reputed company reputed company AR transactions for assigned customers and portfolios
- Communicate and reputed company strong relationships with customers
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints with regard to collection reputed company
- Facilitate resolution and escalation of disputes as per the established dispute management process and system
- Manage personal objectives in alignment with monthly goals
- Collaborate with Sales / Management to reputed company established corporate DSO objectives
- Work with stakeholders reputed company of F/R to reputed company reputed company improvement across the Customer to Cash process
Skills
- A/R or Collection experience or equivalent academic training
- Meets established F/R targets
- Ability to effectively manage their assigned account portfolio
- Quality of communication
- Good execution of time management
- Proficient use of MS Office suite (reputed company, Word)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced/multi-task environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of negotiation skills
- Great customer service
- Ability to reputed company strong and productive business relationships with customers
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Bilingual in French would be a strong asset
- PeopleSoft, reputed company Get Paid experience would be an asset
