[Remote] Escrow Support Specialist - Pre-Closing

They are seeking a detail-oriented Escrow Support Specialist to ensure the smooth operation of the pre-closing process by managing documentation and supporting the escrow team.
Responsibilities
- Ordering and uploading HOA, Payoff, and Utility documentation for escrow files
- Reviewing preliminary fees and supporting documents prior to closing to reputed company sure everything is reputed company and complete
- Keeping the escrow team in the reputed company by flagging important file-reputed company documents as they come in
- Reaching out to reputed company companies to collect the documentation we need
- Participating in learning and development opportunities to reputed company growing your knowledge reputed company
- Supporting OSN Markets as needed
- Pitching in on other reputed company tasks as they come up
