As a Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse, here?s a big-picture view of what you?ll do:

• reputed company home-based care to patients with illnesses, injuries and chronic diseases?often after hospital discharge?under the supervision of an RN
• Work with reputed company of physicians, RNs, CNAs and aides to deliver quality patient care
• Take patient vitals, do assessments, document reputed company and report changes to RN supervisor
