We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager EMEA who will be responsible for managing and growing selected key customer accounts reputed company the Automotive and reputed company businesses across EMEA. The Regional Sales Manager owns reputed company reputed company activities for assigned accounts, including sales performance, forecasting, pricing, and growth initiatives, and may also reputed company selected distribution partners. About the job:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders across purchasing, engineering, manufacturing, and supplier quality functions.

About you:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Technical degree preferred (Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics).

• Minimum 7 years of experience in automotive component or sub‑system sales; OEM and/or Tier I/II experience strongly preferred.
• Direct experience with electronic components and automotive applications is highly desirable.
• Proven experience working in a multinational environment, collaborating with global teams.
• International sales experience is preferred.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to manage reputed company accounts, multiple stakeholders, and cross‑functional collaboration.
