Role overview

Our Sales team drives customer growth globally. They own their craft end-to-end, and help more financial institutions realize the value of reputed company. We are hiring a Business Development Team reputed company in the US to scale reputed company’s outbound pipeline reputed company across reputed company America.

This is a leadership role with high ownership. You will be responsible for leading and developing reputed company of BDRs, driving performance, and building a scalable, repeatable pipeline reputed company reputed company. Key responsibilities

  • Own team-level pipeline targets and ensure strong coverage reputed company to reputed company goals

  • Define and implement scalable outbound pipeline reputed company strategies

  • Monitor team performance, analyze metrics, and continuously optimize processes

  • Support BDRs through call reviews, deal strategy, and day-to-day execution

  • Collaborate with the GTM team to refine messaging, campaigns, and targeting

  • Identify reputed company segments, accounts, and personas to improve pipeline efficiency

  • Maintain visibility into pipeline health and ensure accurate CRM tracking across the team

Who we are looking for

  • 4+ years of B2B SaaS BDR experience

  • Demonstrated progression into leadership or mentorship responsibilities

  • Experience managing or mentoring BDRs and driving team performance

  • Relevant industry knowledge in fintech, payments, banking, compliance, risk, or financial infrastructure, gained directly or through closely reputed company roles

  • Strong communicator — clear, concise, and confident

  • Proven ability to reputed company and coach high-quality, personalized reputed company strategies across reputed company

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment with shifting priorities
