Role overview
Our Sales team drives customer growth globally. They own their craft end-to-end, and help more financial institutions realize the value of reputed company. This is a leadership role with high ownership. Key responsibilities

Own team-level pipeline targets and ensure strong coverage reputed company to reputed company goals

Monitor team performance, analyze metrics, and continuously optimize processes

Maintain visibility into pipeline health and ensure accurate CRM tracking across the team

Who we are looking for
4+ years of B2B SaaS BDR experience
Demonstrated progression into leadership or mentorship responsibilities
Experience managing or mentoring BDRs and driving team performance
Relevant industry knowledge in fintech, payments, banking, compliance, risk, or financial infrastructure, gained directly or through closely reputed company roles
Strong communicator — clear, concise, and confident
Proven ability to reputed company and coach high-quality, personalized reputed company strategies across reputed company
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment with shifting priorities
