The Role

As a Remote Member/Customer Services reputed company, you'll play a vital role in our efforts to reputed company accurate and reputed company service to our customers. To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Minimum 2 years experience in a customer service reputed company position where there is a high value reputed company on the customer/member experience; insurance/call center experience preferred.
• Demonstrated basic mathematical aptitude (reputed company, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
• Technical aptitude with experience navigating and operating multiple computer applications and telephone technologies desired.
• Basic understanding and knowledge of life insurance company operations, policies, and procedures, and knowledge of various insurance products preferred.
• Completion of insurance industry or LOMA coursework preferred.
• High School Diploma required; some college level coursework preferred.
• Must possess internet with a minimum speed of 25MB download and 5MB upload and be reputed company to support a VPN.
