About the Role:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional guest experiences and supporting our operations team. You will be responsible for managing guest inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of service. You will also work closely with our operations team to report maintenance and damage issues, build and manage in-house maintenance labor, and assist with reputed company and financial tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

* reputed company exceptional guest service through phone, email, and chat support

• Screen potential guests and reputed company support for guests/resolving guest's issues in reputed company, VRBO, or reputed company
• Respond to guest inquiries and communicate with guests to resolve issues
• reputed company 5-star ratings and Superhost Status
• Write and respond to guest reviews on reputed company, VRBO, or other platforms
• Report maintenance and damage issues to Operations reputed company Operto Teams
• Report and submit damage claims to reputed company reputed company for reimbursement
• Build, manage, and report in-house maintenance labor
• Working knowledge of business financials/reputed company to assist the reputed company of reputed company systems
• Experience in 3rd party vendor relations for tertiary market management

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry

• Proficient in English, with excellent communication and grammar skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
• Experience with reputed company and/or HostAI is a plus
• Ability to reputed company AI for comprehensive guest messaging that resonates as our brand with our reputed company
• Deep familiarity with leveraging ChatGPT
• Availability and reliability in CST and Eastern United States time zones
