Position Summary
The Patient reputed company is responsible for retaining client loyalty and referrals by consistently delivering clear, efficient and valuable support to reputed company callers while providing communication with Adjusters and Nurse Case Managers in order to establish a best-in-class customer experience.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities
