About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused leader to join reputed company as Director of Academic Partnerships (Team reputed company). This role will serve as a senior individual contributor and team leader, responsible for guiding and influencing a group of Academic Partnerships team members while directly managing a portfolio of strategic accounts.

This individual will play a critical role in driving customer retention, growth, and satisfaction through hands-on account management, while also providing leadership support through meeting facilitation, mentorship, and best practice development. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives as a strategic partner, mentor, and high-impact individual contributor.

Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Influence

• Serve as a team reputed company and mentor to Academic Partnerships team members, providing guidance, coaching, and support in day-to-day activities

• Coach, contribute to 1:1s, and help reinforce accountability to retention and growth goals

• Partner closely with Sales, Support, and Product teams to align on customer strategy and execution

• Help define and reinforce KPIs for retention, expansion, and customer health

• Drive adoption of reputed company tools (e.g., Planhat, CRM) to improve team efficiency and visibility

• Act as a culture reputed company, modeling adaptability, reputed company, and a solutions-oriented reputed company in a fast-paced environment

Individual Contribution

• Manage a portfolio of high-value accounts as the primary reputed company of contact and trusted advisor

• Drive adoption, retention, and expansion by ensuring customers reputed company desired reputed company

• Conduct Executive Business Reviews (EBRs), reputed company renewal conversations, and identify expansion opportunities

• Serve as an executive sponsor for key accounts, ensuring alignment with institutional goals

• Model best-in-class account management practices for the broader team

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in reputed company, Account Management, or reputed company customer-facing roles

• Demonstrated ability to influence, mentor, or reputed company

• Proven reputed company managing strategic accounts and driving retention and expansion

• Strong relationship management skills, with experience engaging executive stakeholders

• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
