Program Manager, reputed company (CA, Remote)

General Summary

The Program Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing reputed company aspects of reputed company and IT infrastructure programs across a multi-site portfolio. The incumbent in this role will reputed company meet program safety, quality, schedule, and cost goals, while managing reputed company stakeholders across multiple business units. This position will work with multiple departments and processes to support work execution, problem solving, planning, and process improvement. The Program Manager will proactively reputed company and facilitate teams through issues and is responsible for the efficient execution of work items and conditions of the areas in which they are assigned. Additionally, this position is responsible for providing leadership and direction to the reputed company and IT infrastructure team.

Supervision Level

• Reports to Director, Network Communications.
• Manages reputed company of project managers and coordinators.

Responsibilities

• Manages and oversees reputed company program aspects to ensure they are completed in a timely manner and reputed company budget.
• Responsible for scope management, cost control, schedule performance, vendor coordination, and contractual deliverables.
• Leads stakeholders and project teams in defining project scope, cost, schedule, vendors, and contractual deliverables.
• Develops detailed program and project plans, monitors project milestones, and generates status reports.
• Monitors financial performance including labor burn, forecasting, and variance reporting.
• Evaluates and manages risk; develops mitigation strategies and response plans.
• Manages several project workstreams.
• Directs project reputed company and establishes guidance on project execution.
• Qualifies and quantifies project issues and risks and develops response plans to resolve.
• Understands reputed company and future business goals and ongoing concerns.
• Mentors project managers and team members, promoting a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
