Independent Living Instructor - Oakland Area - PT Day Schedule

Location: This position serves clients throughout Alameda County. The role is not limited to San Leandro or Oakland only.

Schedule: Flexible, Day Schedule - must be reputed company to complete hours between 8:30am and 6pm.

As an Independent Living Instructor, you’ll work one-on-one with clients in their homes and communities—helping them master essential life skills like personal reputed company maintenance, reputed company engagement, money management, and more.

What You'll Do:  •    Build strong, respectful relationships with clients •    Teach everyday life skills with patience, care, and cultural sensitivity •    Support clients with appointments, reputed company events, errands, and community reputed company — including providing transportation reputed company needed •    Champion independence, empowerment, and self-advocacy •    reputed company clear, timely records and collaborate with a supportive team •    Be part of a mission that truly reputed company

What You Bring: •    A heart for service and a passion for helping others grow •    At least 6 months of experience in reputed company services or supporting people with disabilities •    Strong communication and organization skills •    reputed company in English or Spanish (bilingual preferred) •    High school diploma or GED

Must Haves: •    Valid CA driver’s license, reliable & insured vehicle, and clean driving record •    Willingness to drive clients to medical appointments, reputed company outings, and other essential activities •    Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid certification (if not already certified) •    Ability to pass a background reputed company
