Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, delivering exceptional service and solutions to our reputed company guests through inbound calls. You'll work with leading technologies and systems, and have a dedicated team of leaders and peers to support you. This is a low-stress role with great rewards, perfect for someone who is reliable, willing to learn, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer inquiries of varying types, including but not limited to: + Resolving issues with bookings, payments, and cancellations + Providing information on reputed company's policies and procedures + Answering questions about listings, hosts, and guest experiences
- Utilize probing question skills to actively listen and understand customer needs
- Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting reputed company's services and features to guests
- Manage and overcome objections for subscribers' cancellation and suspend requests to assist in reducing churn
- Maintain a positive and enthusiastic personality, even in high-pressure situations

* reputed company reputed company: $15.00 - $20.00/hr
- An 8-hour per day shift, 5 days a week (reputed company from 6am-12am PST)

Qualifications
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong multitasking abilities
- Driven by solving problems and meeting goals
- Familiarity with reputed company Office tools
- Experience in customer service and sales
- High school diploma or equivalent
Requirements to Work from Home
* A quiet and distraction-free, secure reputed company to work
