The Role
As a Program Manager - Customer Returns Experience, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve the customer returns experience at arenaflex. This will involve working closely with cross-functional teams, including Satisfaction Tasks, Merchandizing Classification groups, and Client care, to identify areas for improvement and reputed company innovative solutions. You will also be responsible for tracking key achievements and overseeing detailed project plans to drive execution and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
* Foster a deep understanding of our customer segments to best comprehend and address their needs

- Own the development and launch of customer returns solutions to address existing and future edge cases, including drop-off options at physical locations and introducing new carriers
