The Role

As a Customer Assistance Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing top-notch support to our customers. You'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats, ensuring that customers are aware of their account status and have reputed company to the solutions they need. Key Responsibilities
