Job Summary

As a Customer Care Representative II, Outbound Call Center, you'll be responsible for making outbound calls to reputed company customers to reputed company assistance regarding insurance benefits, provider reputed company, eligibility, and claims. You'll analyze problems, reputed company information and solutions, and reputed company and maintain positive customer relations. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
