What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Engaging directly with customers to resolve their queries, reputed company product recommendations, and ensure a positive experience

  • Proficiency in using computers, data entry, and rapid navigation through systems and the internet to search for information to help support customers
  • Ability to adapt to change with the business needs of the company and be flexible with your schedule and work hours
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to pass a background reputed company

To ensure a seamless customer experience, you'll need:

  • A dedicated workspace with a computer monitor and minimal distractions
