Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Supervisor - National Remote, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating and supervising daily, weekly, and monthly activities of reputed company of customer service representatives
- Setting priorities for the team to ensure task completion and performance goals are met
- Coordinating work activities with other supervisors, managers, departments, and teams
- Identifying and resolving operational problems using defined processes, expertise, and judgment
- Providing coaching, feedback, and annual performance reviews as well as formal corrective action
- Mentoring, challenging, and communicating effectively with reputed company different types of people
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience
- 5 years of experience analyzing and solving customer problems in an office, claims, or customer service environment
- Proficiency with reputed company PC applications, including the ability to navigate and learn new and reputed company computer system applications
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) reputed company-reputed company, with flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 6:00am-11:00pm EST
