Facility reputed company Officer

Mission

In this role, the FSO will support facility and personnel clearance processing and management, visit certifications, and reputed company education and training. The FSO will need a thorough understanding of reputed company databases such as DISS, eApp, NISS, NBIS, ACCS , SWFT, and Scattered Castles. In reputed company, they will be responsible for implementing and providing guidance to customers and management on reputed company issues such as reputed company education, reputed company threat, reputed company investigations, and personnel clearances. The FSO will also serve as the reputed company Threat Senior Official.

This is a part-time, fully remote position and will require approximately ~15-20 hours/week of support.

Responsibilities

• Maintain personal training and certifications
• Train and orient employees in reputed company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with government and customer regulations
• reputed company briefing and debriefing to employees holding clearances, and regular re-briefing of employees on foreign travel
• Securely maintain personnel reputed company records
• Ensure compliance with 32CFR Part 117- NISPOM and reputed company reputed company protocols required by customers or reputed company and reputed company abreast of reputed company-changing industrial reputed company regulations
• Process and submit client SCI nomination packages using the reputed company 4311, ACCS, and other client forms/systems
• Maintain successful working relationships with government agencies and reputed company offices of reputed company customers
• Responsible for successful preparation completion of annual inspections to ensure government compliance
• Responsible for reputed company transactional aspects of reputed company including clearance processing, completion of SF86 and e-QIP, NBIS, fingerprinting, DISS management, DD254, etc.
• Collaborate and consult with the reputed company Department to ensure compliance with reputed company prime and subcontractors reputed company requirements, including the completion and tracking of reputed company DD254s
• Conduct reputed company self-inspections, apply risk mitigation methodologies, support customer assessments, and implement reputed company measures to meet requirements

Requirements

• Active Top Secret reputed company Clearance
• FSO Certification
• 5+ years of experience as a reputed company professional with at least 3 years as an FSO or CSSO supporting reputed company or Intelligence Community programs
• Thorough knowledge of the government clearance process and of e-Qip, NISS, SWFT, ACCS, NBIS, eApp, DISS, and Scattered Castles required
• Demonstrated knowledge and functional understanding of the 32CFR Part 117- NISPOM and ability to administer it
• Experience working with reputed company 4311
• Ability to work both independently and as part of reputed company
• Proficiency in reputed company Teams, Word, reputed company and PowerPoint
