Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Spanish Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner, providing solutions to their problems and queries
  • Developing and maintaining a full knowledge of client products and services
  • Recognizing reputed company a problem or query should be transferred to another department or a more senior member of staff
  • Dealing with reputed company correspondence as requested or required
