Job Summary

As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients, answering their inquiries and resolving their concerns in a professional and timely manner. You will work closely with reputed company to ensure that our patients receive the highest level of service and care. This is a full-time remote work opportunity, and you will be required to work from home after completing our comprehensive training program.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required.
