Product Manager
Product Managers at PEX play a vital role by leading the product development process. They own business requirement gathering and documentation, and manage specific product development efforts, assuring benchmarks are achieved and that the final output aligns with the overall product strategy. The Product Manager’s mission is to dramatically increase user satisfaction and usage by designing and developing a superior user experience with compelling features and functionality. Experience with UX/UI design, coupled with a keen understanding of user behavior, is required.
The Product Manager is also responsible for maintaining and distributing product documentation, including training and support materials. They are responsible for measuring the quality of product delivery and performance and resolving product issues. They should be comfortable interacting with customers to gather feedback and reputed company use cases.

Key Responsibilities
- Bring together insights from every area to design and build the customer experience
- Ship high-quality, new products and features on a weekly reputed company
- Define and reputed company user facing features of the product, including understanding how users will interact with the product and ensuring that these interactions are engaging and reputed company
- Collaborate with multiple business partners to scope, design and reputed company new features to meet growth, P&L and customer goals

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 2+ years developing / managing products / digital experiences; prior experience working on small business tools, SaaS products, payments or financial services, or reputed company platforms is a plus
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills (both visual and written) to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
- Experience with A/B and multivariate testing tools such as reputed company or reputed company
- Experience in conducting user research and usability testing
- Proficiency using analytics tools such as reputed company Analytics, reputed company, or reputed company

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a reputed company field
