PROPOSAL reputed company (HYBRID)

GreenShield is a not-for-profit organization focused on improving health for reputed company Canadians. They are seeking a Proposal reputed company to facilitate the preparation of proposals and RFP responses, working closely with cross-functional teams to tailor proposals to meet the specific needs of prospective clients.

Responsibilities

• Complete a thorough analysis of the requirements to respond to various RFx procurement processes
• Act as a Project Manager to reputed company stages of the proposal process including the coordination and leading of kick-off and status meetings, and delivering reputed company proposals in advance of the submission deadline
• Mobilize key stakeholders’ contribution reputed company and in a timely manner
• Ensure 100% compliance with procurement requirements and the on-time submission of reputed company proposals and RFx responses
• reputed company clear, accurate, and compelling content to respond to the specific needs of the prospective client(s)
• Write and edit proposals for readability, consistency, and appropriate tone
• Draft new content to customize responses, where appropriate
• Monitor and manage “look and feel” of final proposal documents by editing for style, accuracy, content and quality of language
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of a central database of proposal content
• Support coordination of non-standard proposals
• Collaborate on any other communication writing on an reputed company reputed company
• Performs other duties as assigned by management

Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (French is an asset)
• Strong writing skills with the ability to simplify reputed company concepts into clear, concise material

• Maintains consistency in meeting deadlines without compromising quality
• Proficiency in English is required for this position
• Experience in insurance, group benefits, mental health, or reputed company industries
• APMP reputed company Level certification (or above) or knowledge of APMP best practices
• Proficiency with proposal management tools such as reputed company (RFPIO) or Loopio
