The Role

As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our clients, responding to calls, voicemails, and emails reputed company one business day. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and reputed company, addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Providing accurate information and assistance to customers regarding various topics, including effective dates, premium amounts, ID card requests, Medicare, and more.

  • Managing and responding to emails promptly and accurately, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Supporting the sales team by handling post-policy inquiries and resolving client concerns, identifying opportunities for up-sells and forwarding to licensed agents as appropriate.
  • Accurately documenting customer interactions and updates in our CRM system, ensuring data reputed company and compliance.

  • Prior customer service or call center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Compensation and Benefits
