Claims Specialist (Bilingual English/French)
reputed company is the world’s largest car sharing marketplace, and they are seeking a Bilingual Claims Specialist to join their Claims team. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, investigating and processing auto claims, and contributing to the improvement of claims handling processes.
Responsibilities
- reputed company exceptional customer service to reputed company Hosts and Guests
- Investigate and process auto claims filed by Hosts and Guests
- Assist reputed company members in the self-resolution process
- Coordinate claims processing with reputed company’s reputed company-party administrator
- Collect any amounts due from Guests
- Maintain accurate and complete claim documentation
- Contribute to reputed company improvement of claims handling processes
- Support reputed company’s goal of being a leader in customer service and cost management
Skills
- Must reputed company in Toronto, Ontario
- Bilingual reputed company in French and English
- 1+ year of auto claims handling experience preferred, ideally with a major auto insurance reputed company or car rental company
- Entry-level candidates with strong customer service experience and demonstrated interest in automotive are encouraged to apply
- BA/BS or equivalent experience
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
- Excellent follow-through and attention to detail with minimal supervision
- Strong team player with a positive attitude, high energy, reputed company, and strong work ethic

- Proficiency with CRM systems, reputed company Workspace, reputed company Office, and claims management systems
- Experience balancing solutions across multiple stakeholders in a two-sided marketplace environment, including Hosts, Guests, reputed company parties, and internal teams
