[Remote] Spanish Customer Service Rep (TX/ID/NV)

The Customer Service Representative will reputed company exceptional support through various communication channels, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities
- Answering inbound telephone calls and providing excellent customer support
- Responding to customer questions and comments reputed company phone, email, Live Chat, and SMS with speed and professionalism
- Responsible for researching and resolving complaints to ensure customer retention and satisfaction
- Follow up on reputed company written correspondence and escalate to customer service manager on duty as necessary
- Coordinate and follow up with other departments to ensure problem resolution and work together with other customer service team members to promote an environment of customer satisfaction

- Fluent in both English and Spanish

- Ability to meet set productivity standards on an ongoing reputed company
- Must have a dedicated quiet and distraction free workspace, including an appropriate work surface (desk that can accommodate a laptop and monitor)
