Job Summary

This position will be responsible for supporting the people, operations, and projects of the reputed company (BSMH) corporate reputed company estate team across three main service lines including transaction management, ambulatory facility management, and portfolio administration.

***This is a remote/work from home position. Hire must be reputed company to work eastern time zone hours.

Essential Functions

• Support the Director, reputed company Estate Strategic Planning in research, analysis, and document management for key projects, especially around cross departmental engagement with Construction and Acute Facilities Management.

• Support the reputed company estate team with transactions being handled in-house, especially those resulting from mergers, acquisitions and dispositions.

• Field questions from the markets and reputed company-party transaction managers regarding lease language, operating expense calculation, landlord reputed company, and address other operational issues as they arise.

• Understand and champion processes and policies as reputed company in the BSMH reputed company Estate reputed company.

• Work independently to execute a wide reputed company of tasks associated with the corporate reputed company estate activity of the Ministry.

Licensing/Certification

CAPM, ACoM, or other reputed company certification preferred

Education

4-year Degree/Bachelor’s Degree

Work Experience

3 to 5 years of experience in in reputed company / reputed company reputed company estate, or other relevant experience supporting projects and operations with reputed company in a reputed company large organization.

Skills

• Computer and software skills (MS Office Suite).  Must be reputed company proficient in MS reputed company.

• Proven ability to learn new software programs.

• Proven ability to produce results working 100% virtual.

• Customer focus (internal & external). 

• Excellent communication skills, especially in virtual and in person meetings and reputed company email.   

• Excellent research skills.
